However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, inventory limitations, pricing or product description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification/authorization issues, violation of our terms or other circumstances that prevent us from processing your order.
If additional information is required to verify or process your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. If your order, or any portion of it, is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund for the canceled item(s) will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping Responsibility & Transfer of Risk
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, it is transferred to a third-party shipping carrier for delivery. At that point, ownership of the purchased product(s), along with the risk of loss or damage during transit, passes to the customer, where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Merrirosa is also not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs while your order is in transit with the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve the matter. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods offered through Shopify payments and other approved payment providers.

Due to the nature of luxury fashion and custom-made garments, certain products—including custom bridal gowns, personalized items, made-to-order pieces, and final sale merchandise—may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed garments are created specifically for each client. Production begins once measurements, design selections, and payment have been approved. As custom garments are made exclusively for you, all custom orders are final sale unless required by applicable law.

We offer customers the option to provide their mobile phone number to receive promotional discounts and to opt in to text message updates, promotions, and order-related notifications.
Discount/Promotional Offers
Customers who sign up for our SMS program and provide a valid mobile phone number may receive a one-time promotional discount code.
