Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within 2 hours of placing your order we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us at support@merrirosa.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days within the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Email us at support@merrirosa.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right immediately — no hoops to jump through.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Access of return/exchange page at the footer of any of our web pages (scroll to the bottom). Alternatively, email us at support@merrirosa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with specific measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart rather than going by your usual size, as sizing can vary by style and supplier.

What if something doesn't fit?
No stress — that's what our 30-day return and exchange policy is for. Reach out and we'll sort it out.

Do your sizes run true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but we note any exceptions directly on the product page. When in doubt, size up — our return policy makes it easy to swap.

Products

Where are your products made?
Our pieces are sourced from carefully vetted suppliers. Many of our styles are crafted in factories that hold OEKO-TEX certification, meaning they've been tested and certified to be free of harmful substances.

How do I care for my Merrirosa pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment's label. Most of our pieces are hand wash or delicate cycle recommended. When in doubt, cold water and lay flat to dry.

Will you restock sold-out items?
We restock popular styles when possible, but some items are limited quantities. Sign up for our email list to get notified of restocks and new arrivals before anyone else.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to shop?
Nope — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and save your details for next time.

Is my personal information safe?
