Returns Made Simple

We want you to love every Merrirosa piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
• Most items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
• Watches and jewelry must be returned within 10 days of the order shipment date.

RETURN CONDITIONS — ALL ITEMS MUST BE:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or odors
• In original condition with all tags still attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Returned in original packaging (garment bag, box, or poly mailer as received)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items marked FINAL SALE — sold as-is, no exceptions
• Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or altered
• Intimates and underwear
• Pierced jewelry
• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Gift cards

WATCHES AND JEWELRY
Must be returned within 10 days of shipment in perfect unworn condition with all protective materials, tags, and stickers intact.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We use QuickReturns to make the process fast and easy — no emails required to start.

1. Visit our returns portal via the QuickReturns link in the footer (the bottom) of every web page or click here.
2. Enter your order number and email address to look up your order.
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose your reason.
4. Review your return — if approved, you'll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) instantly.
5. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
6. Drop off your package using the instructions provided — keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

If you run into any issues with the portal or have a question that isn't covered, email us at support@merrirosa.com and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Defective or incorrect items: Merrirosa covers return shipping.
• All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
• Allow up to 10–14 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post.
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

EXCHANGES
We don't hold inventory for exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order to secure your preferred size or color.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact support@merrirosa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend a tracked service. Merrirosa is not liable for packages lost in international transit.
