ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• During peak periods (sales, holidays, new launches) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Standard Shipping — 5–12 business days — calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping — 2–5 business days — calculated at checkout
Express Shipping — 1–3 business days — calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We ship to select international destinations shown at checkout.
• International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
• US orders may be subject to applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes collected by their local customs office.
• We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders on customs forms.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email support@merrirosa.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• Merrirosa is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
• If your package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email support@merrirosa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address change requests must be submitted before your order ships.
